Decent spot, could use some tweaks
We had a premium studio with a garden view, which was a nice touch! The kitchen was super handy, but the room was a bit cramped compared to what we expected. the reception vibe really mattered—got a weird stare from one guy there. great for cooking but not the comfiest stay.

The lounge area creates a cozy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen facilities enabled easy meal prep while traveling, making the experience feel more like home.
During my stay, the ventilation in the Premium One Bedroom Apartment on the G1 floor was lacking, which made drying clothes a hassle. Over a few days, a sewage smell wafted between floors, though I was informed it originated outside the apartment, which may be more bearable for some. The absence of window blinds in the Two-Bedroom Apartment left the mezzanine room feeling exposed, which may not be the best for those seeking privacy at night.

Great Location but Attention Needed
We appreciated the lovely location, but our apartment required some repairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. If possible, ask for an apartment on a higher floor away from street noise. a decent experience but room for improvement.

Perfect location and comfy stay!
Just spent 4 nights in a premium studio. Fantastic spot! The bed was super comfy, which is rare for me when traveling. The staff were super helpful, even with my wheelchair. Plus, having a kitchen with a dishwasher was a bonus. Only thing was the bathroom could've used a little more lighting. Would definitely come back!

Our group had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for visiting places like Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. We enjoyed the spacious Premium Studio Apartment, especially the fridge for cold drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Just a heads up , there's no on-site dining but they do provide free porridge cups with hot water or milk.
One downside was that the kitchen in our apartment was missing a few essentials like a paring knife and cutting board, which made meal prep a bit challenging.
