Location,
I booked a 1 bedroom premium apartment, instead my room was a studio, room 208 is no 1 bedroom - kitchen tables chair and bed are all in the same space, really tiny bed, hardly any space to move around - I wonder if this is because I booked via Booked.net and they give the low quality room, would certainly not recommend this site - looked nothing like the pictures on Booked.net

Hotel was nicely decorated, we enjoyed this place.
Everything was perfect, helpful service, magnificent location near Hyde Park as well as a garden. The room was neat and airy when upgraded with many amenities, the bathroom, a childs bed.

The hotel was lovely small and chic with AFFABLE people at all times. The venue was placed in the central location in a calm area. Plus, it was near pubs Central Line tube station, Close to Paddington train station and central line. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in London.

Small apartment, with mini hob and fridge, no room service, no cleaners in the corridors every morning so it felt more like my own little place.
Bit expensive, but thats the location I guess. Room very small (about 8' wide by 20' long), and no bath.

We loved rooms with a sofa bed. An oven, kitchenware and a washing machine were a big plus.

Decent spot, could use some tweaks
We had a premium studio with a garden view, a nice touch! The kitchen was super handy, but the room was a bit cramped compared to what we expected. The reception vibe really mattered-got a weird stare from one guy there. Great for cooking but not the comfiest stay.

I was sold on the pictures! The bed was a VERY small double. Did have a word with them about it but they were not very helpful. Would not recommend to anyone else.

The lounge area creates a cozy vibe. The kitchen facilities enabled easy meal prep while traveling was nice.
The ventilation in the Premium One Bedroom Apartment on the G1 floor was lacking, made drying clothes a hassle. Over a few days, a sewage smell wafted between floors, though I was informed it originated outside the apartment, which may be more bearable for some. The absence of window blinds in the Two-Bedroom Apartment left the mezzanine room feeling exposed, which may not be the best for those seeking privacy at night.

Located a short walk from Paddigton station and Hyde park. QUick access to several tube lines. Room was specious, well designed, fully equipped and quiet.

Great Location but Attention Needed
We appreciated the lovely location, but our apartment required some repairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. If possible, ask for an apartment on a higher floor away from street noise. A decent experience but room for improvement.

The soaps are great! The view is very beautiful. Nice deco. Nice relax atmosphere. Great location.
Call reception and no answer many times. The wifi signal is poor. Instructions for electrical domestics are missing and need to make photocopies for all rooms. The service man could have been more symphatic with gay clients.
